Real IT Podcast 2: Pros and Cons of Traveling for Work with Jon Hyatt

In this episode we sit down with Jon Hyatt to talk about the pros and cons of traveling for work.  Since Jon has traveled to over 60 countries, we also hit him up for some vacation recommendations and tips.

Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is closing in on 30 years of IT industry experience.  Jon started his career as a Software Developer and has been a Sr Dev, Director of Development, CTO and Agile Coach.

He has been very involved in the Agile community and has organized the Calgary Agile Methods User Group for 8 years and is also the co-founder of Agile Open Canada.

Outside of IT, Jon spends a lot of his time outdoors and is an amazing mountain biker, snowboarder and is also a world traveler.

He is very smart, thoughtful, is always insightful and we’re lucky to have him on the show.
